How is the 30% commission calculated?
30% × the order's VND price. E.g.: Business 159k → you earn 47,700 VND; Partner 999k → you earn ~300k. Calculated immediately when the order is paid.
Why a 14-day hold before release?
To cover the 7-day refund window plus bank/wallet chargeback risk (which can extend further). If the customer refunds or charges back within this window → commission is revoked. After 14 days it auto-releases to your available balance.
When can I withdraw?
Minimum 1,000,000 VND available balance. Submit a withdrawal request → admin reviews and transfers within 1–3 business days. Zero fees. No limit on withdrawal frequency.
Do I get commission if I buy via my own affiliate link?
No. The system auto-detects when the referrer = customer and skips the commission to prevent self-rewards (anti-fraud).
Is there a cap on how many sales I can refer?
