Refund Policy

We commit to a 100% refund if AIpage WP doesn't fit your needs — under the conditions below. This policy complies with Vietnam's Consumer Protection Law 2023 and the EU right of withdrawal for digital goods.

TL;DR: 100% refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have NOT activated on more than 3 sites or used AI features beyond reasonable trial use.

1. Refund window

You have 7 days from the purchase date to request a refund. After 7 days, refunds are considered only in special cases (see section 4).

2. Conditions

Full refund if you meet all:

  • Request within 7 days of purchase.
  • Plugin activated on at most 3 sites (each activate counts).
  • No signs of abuse (e.g., generating >100 AI posts then requesting a refund — substantial value already extracted).
  • Compliance with our Terms of Service (no fraud, key sharing, or decompilation).

3. How to request

  1. Email support@aipage.vn with subject [Refund] Order #<order number>.
  2. Tell us the reason (helps us improve). Detail is not required.
  3. We respond within 3 business days. Once approved, the refund returns to the original payment method in 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).

4. Refunds after 7 days

After 7 days, we consider refunds only when:

  • The plugin has critical bugs that prevent use, reported to support, and not fixed within 30 days.
  • The plugin ceases to function due to AIpage discontinuing the service (we will refund pro-rata for the last 30 days, if applicable).
  • Special disputes (case-by-case review).

5. No refund

Refunds are denied if:

  • Past 7 days and not within section 4.
  • License activated on >3 sites or plugin used extensively.
  • "Change of mind" request after sharing the key with others.
  • Account banned for fraud.
  • Bank chargeback dispute opened without contacting support first (fraudulent chargeback → account ban).

6. Affiliate impact

When you are refunded, affiliate commissions paid to your referrer are automatically revoked. If the commission was already released and withdrawn, the affiliate's wallet may go negative and must be balanced before their next withdrawal.

7. After refund

Your license transitions to REFUNDED status; all active sites are deactivated within 24 hours (via heartbeat) or immediately (via revoke webhook). The plugin reverts to Free mode.
