Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a license, or installing the AIpage WP plugin, you (the "Customer") agree to these terms between you and AIpage WP (the "Company"), operating at aipage.vn.

1. Definitions

  • Service: aipage.vn website, license dashboard, and the "AIpage WP" WordPress plugin.
  • License: the right to use the plugin under your purchased plan (Personal / Business / Agency / Partner).
  • Site / Activation: a single WordPress site activated with your license.
  • Slot: maximum number of concurrently active sites per plan (1 / 3 / 10 / 50).

2. Account

You agree to provide an accurate email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We recommend enabling 2FA in /dashboard/settings.

3. Plugin license (lifetime + lifetime updates)

AIpage WP plugin licenses are lifetime, with no renewal or recurring subscription. You receive free plugin updates for as long as the service exists. Maximum concurrent sites are limited per plan.

Licenses are non-transferable, non-resellable, and bound to the individual or business that purchased them.

4. Acceptable use

You may NOT:

  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract plugin code for integration into competing products.
  • Activate sites beyond your slot limit by cloning UUIDs or bypassing checks.
  • Use the plugin to spam, distribute fraud or pirated content, or otherwise violate Vietnamese or international law.
  • Attack our infrastructure (DDoS, license brute force, API scraping).

Violations may result in license suspension and account ban without refund.

5. Affiliate program

Pro customers receive an affiliateCode. Commission is 30% on each successful order, held 14 days before becoming withdrawable. Commissions are auto-revoked if the referred customer obtains a refund.

Self-referral (recommending yourself via secondary accounts) is forbidden. Detected fraud results in commission revocation and affiliate ban.

6. Payment

Payment is processed via third parties (Lemon Squeezy; VNPAY may be added in the future). Prices are shown in USD or VND depending on method. E-invoice issuance available on request for Business / Agency / Partner plans.

7. Refunds

See Refund Policy. Summary: 100% refund within 7 days of purchase, provided activation count is no greater than 3.

8. Intellectual property

AIpage WP plugin is released under GPL-2.0-or-later (required by WordPress core). You may use, modify, and redistribute under GPL terms. However, the license activation server and premium features require a valid key — bypass clones are not authorized.

The "AIpage" brand, logo, and documentation are our property.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." AIpage WP uses third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, Mistral, Perplexity) — output quality depends on the provider. We are not liable for:

  • AI-generated content accuracy or copyright issues. Customers must review before publishing.
  • Brief downtime of AI providers or our backend.
  • Loss of data on customer WordPress sites (regular backups are your responsibility).
  • API key costs (Anthropic / OpenAI / ...) — you manage these directly.

10. Limitation of liability

In no event will our liability exceed the amount paid for licenses in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

You may terminate by deleting your account in /dashboard/settings (active licenses and wallet balance are forfeit, no refund). We may terminate for terms violations with notice and remediation opportunity, except for fraud or system threats.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed at least 14 days prior to effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes are resolved by the competent court in Hanoi. EU/EEA customers retain consumer rights under local law.
